Horizontal Honing Equipment

The OTW5000 machine is the new industry standard for high-performance, cost effective processing of long bores. The OTW5000 offers the following capacities and features:

Along with the OTW5000, Ohio Tool Works will be offering an expanded line of horizontal honing equipment for industrial applications. For customers who utilize lighter-duty equipment, the new OTW1000 horizontal machine offers flexibility, economy, a wide range of stroke lengths and several tooling options. The OTW1000 horizontal will become the only lighter-duty horizontal machine manufactured in the United States.

Vertical Honing Equipment

The Ohio Tool Works line of vertical honing equipment is the new standard for customers who demand rapid stock removal, highly accurate geometry and specific surface parameters to meet the demands of industry around the world. The Ohio Tool Works team has designed a complete line of vertical machines which cover ranges from .250" diameter to as large as 40" I.D. with lengths from 2.00" to 60". This new line of vertical equipment offers features never before offered and is backed by a group of engineers with more than 100-years of experience in the honing industry. Our machines are competitively offered with the following capacities and features:
